Note:
All rules governing Dawn Patrol player behavior apply in the Twilight Consortium. The following are additional guidelines and exceptions to those polices.
Character GuidelinesThe Twilight Consortium group concept is a cross between superspy villain groups such as SPECTRE, Hydra, and Cobra and more tradition Supervillain Organization such as the Legion of Doom. We are fairly open in term of character concepts provided they are not vulgar and/or go against the terms of service of City of Heroes
Loyalty (or what separates us from a pack of thugs)
Basically, don't OOCly grief other members. If you have IC difficulties with other members and wish to RP it out, that's fine. Make sure if that's the case both parties know what's going on. If you have OOC problems with another member than keep it civil and as Drama-free as possible.
Granted, we are a bunch of villains, however that doesn't mean we have to constantly stab each other in the back. We have found more can be accomplished by working together than against each other. Loyalty to each other is more important than following laws outside groups like Paragon City and the Rogue Isles would have us follow. Each member is free to pursue their own IC agenda and plots provided they do not specifically interfere with the operation of the Twilight Consortium in any way.
Try to team together whenever possible and let the VG know if you have something like a badge mission that members of the group can benefit from.
Uniform guidelines (Clothes make the villain)
If you have joined The Twilight Consortium you are an accomplished villain in your own right, as such there is no specific uniform for villain. The Twilight Consortium does recruit and train a small army to support our objective of world-wide conquest who do wear specified uniforms.
If you wish to incorporate our organization's color scheme into your costume, please note they are black and gold. Our organization's emblem is a Gold Crescent moon on a black background.
Alt policySince we have open recruiting right now there is no policy against alts. Generally we'd prefer if you waited until your main character past level 20 before bringing in a new alt. Also to keep the leadership from being too congested only one character can be ranked higher Crescent per global account. So if your main character has made Executor all other alts have to be Capo or lower.
