1. Access to the forums
In order to access the private forums or even see that they are there, your account must be upgraded to show that you are a member of the Golden Shields. Members who need their account upgraded can either post in the New Members and Recruitment forum or send a message to Raltar. NO ONE may impersonate another Golden Shields member to get access to the private areas. If you register an account under the name of an actual guild member your IP will be banned from the forums and the password to your account will be changed so it can be turned over to the proper owner.

2. Invisionfree's rules
In addition to following the Golden Shield's rules, you must also follow Invisionfree's rules because they host this forum. This means all posts must be in ENGLISH and you may not post any illegal or racist content. As such, members of Lok-ri will not be able to us this forum. Others who violate this rule will have the offensive/racist posts deleted and may be banned for repeat incidents.

3. No psychological warfare (A.K.A. Forum Warrioring)
The Golden Shields absolutely will NEVER tolerate any psychological warfare being used on its own forums. This practice is also more commonly known as "Forum Warrioring" and is a favorite past-time of many former Shaodwbane guilds. This rule means that any non-guild member posting any of the following may be banned: Insulting the Golden Shields, insulting specific members of the Golden Shields, Insulting the Golden Shields Leadership, insulting the Golden Shields philosophy, insulting the Golden Shields history, asking members of the Golden Shields to quit or join another guild, asking the Golden Shields to become a subguild of another guild, making racist comments about races or classes that are allowed to join the Golden Shields, or using roleplaying, veiled threats or "suggestions" to disguise any of the above actions.

4. Punishment
The Golden Shields reserves the right to do whatever we want to anyone breaking these rules. This inculdes but is not limited to: Banning by account name, Banning by IP address, banning by Email address, having your password changed, having your account given to someone else who will post things with it to make you look bad and just about anything else we can think up that will really fix your wagon good.
