This form can be a little ambiguous, so I am including a short explanation of the headings, and what is generally expected. This is just a guideline, you do not have to follow this to the letter, it is merely meant to help you to understand what each section entails.
Age:
This kind of seems self explanatory until you see the "if applicable" part. We allow all kinds of supernatural characters on our board, some of whom may be ageless, as is the case of an angel or demon, or they may be several hundred years old, as with a vampire. As with everything else in the form, answer this to the best of your ability, and if age is unknown or not applicable, leave it blank.
Race:
There are many races that can evolve in this RP. Here is a list of the most common ones. This is by no means an exhaustive list, however you will get a general idea of the possibilities.

- Demi-God (Loki, et all)

- Witch/Wizard
- Werewolves (or other were animals)

Faction:
Will you be good or evil, or just trying to stay alive in this crazy underground. Although you chose a very black and white definition here, there is no reason why you cannot elaborate under this heading. For example, you can be trying for a good guy, but it just ends up so wrong. You could be a bad character who is plagued by conscience. You can also start out with the intention of being one side or the other and find that as you RP, your goals change and therefore your faction changes with it.
Bio:
This is pretty self explanatory, but please put some effort into it. This can be as fantastical as you like, you can say that you are the goddess Isis who was cast out of her kingdom and cursed to walk among the mortals for all eternity, but please say so in more than a couple of sentences. A little effort on this section will help you out a lot as you RP, people can read this section and know how to react to you, which makes the game more fun for all.
Personality:
This is where you can be very expressive about your character. If you are not human, this one can be a little challenging to fill in. Try asking yourself some questions, or find a character building aid online (writers workshops normally link to these.) Have fun with this section, add in little neuroses and eccentricities.
Weaknesses:
As stated, this is only necessary for demons, angels, demi-gods and creatures. You must have a weakness to keep the game in balance. If you are immortal and have not way to be defeated in a fight, then you tip the balance inordinately in your favor. These can be off the wall, such as a deadly allergy to cat dander, or something cliche such as being afraid of the light. Use your imagination here and you can have lots of fun, not to mention making you a much more interesting opponent.
