I'm going to build a new computer in October and I'm going to buy the Intel Core 2 Duo processor that is scheduled to come out on July 23rd. The prices that are posted in forums are much less than the AMD FX-62 and most of the Core 2 Duo chips beat it in the benchmarks. I was wondering if anyone else was planning on buying the Core 2 Duo processor and what you thought of it.

I'm an AMD fanboy, but after seeing all the benchmarks and finding out about the cheap prices of the new Intel processors, I will be buying an Intel processor instead of an AMD.
