Physical
Hair: Verity has long, light blonde hair that goes down a little past her waist with bangs just barely scrape past her eyebrows. Coming from a wealthy family, Verity has always had access to combs, spending at least an hour to comb out her lovely hair. She jumps at every chance to wash her air out, often becoming upset when her luscious locks get too muddy or filthy. Verity has found a way to make it smell nice my mixing together herbs and berries that can act as modern day shampoo...of sorts. Even when she's bored, Verity will begin combing out her hair, just to feel how soft it is. At the same time, Verity adores hats, and will often wear one upon her head.
Eyes: Small, almost lazuli colored eyes, often accompanied by small blushes beneath them. Due to spending time reading by candlelight, Verity's eyes have adapted to seeing well in the dark (but not as good as a cat, though). She tends to blink a lot in the sunlight, or any light brighter than a candle for a while. But soon enough, her eyes will re-adapt again, and she's ready to go! When excited, her eyes will sparkle, reflecting her mood. But when angered, they darken, and then you're left wishing for that happy sparkle back (so she likes to think).
Body Standing at only 5'7, and weighing in at 160 lbs, Verity is a rather thin being, but manages to fill out ad avoids an unhealthy look. Her breast size isn't the largest, and sometimes she's left wishing there was a spell that would increase them. Besides all that, she looks like any normal human. She has all the features of one, no pointed ears or certain shaped eyes. Nothing elegant that defines an elf, half-elf, gnome, etc. This somewhat disappoints Verity as she loves the other races, and wishes she could connect with them better.
Face: Verity has a full, almost heart shaped face that she does her best to keep it nice and clean. Whenever she can, she'll soak a small rag in water and wipe her face, hoping to rid of any grime or dirt that dared to take up residence. For one living in such a time period, Verity is rather vain about her appearances, but does understand that getting dirty once in a while is required to gain full knowledge of certain subjects. But she does wish someone would invent a way to keep water around constantly.
Personal
Personality: Verity is a rather curious being. Unlike most humans, she does not harbor any foul feelings for races other than her own. In fact, she absolutely adores them and tries to use the power of books and knowledge to inform her kind on exactly what lives among them. The average human is rather bigoted towards other kinds, including elves, dwarves, gnomes. See, average human knows very little about these races, thus they hate what they don't understand. Verity only hopes to enlighten people about the world around them, hoping that the next generation will learn from their parent's mistakes and live in harmony with the world.
As such, Verity is very optimistic, and it has proven to be one of her greatest downfalls. Not everyone thinks the same way she does, and are often annoyed by her talk of equality and what the races can learn from one another. She tries to keep a straight face whenever someone talks down to her, pulling on a fake mask in attempts to hide her hurt feelings. But then such feelings turn into pity, as that person may not truly understand what's happening (or so Verity likes to tell herself).
Being so curious, she loves taking trips to the homes and heartlands of the other races, wanting to see how the other half lives. Through her studies, Verity has found that many races have a similar way of life to that of humans. With a scroll in hand, she constantly writes down her findings. Though, such actions get her chased out sooner than she wants, as some secrets are to remain just that. Verity dreams of writing her own book one day, one that generations to come would read. Being a scholar, she takes it upon herself to try and educate others, as it seems a lot of beings do not know how to read or write. Or do any of those very well.

History
Childhood: Verity was born to a wealthy family of scholars in a kingdom east of Alagain. She grew up among the noble class, having the privilege of attaining a proper education. Even at a young age, Verity never quite understood why humans and other beings were so bigoted and hateful towards one another. She loved the elves the most, as many worked for the upper class, even so much as having an elven maid. Instead of treating the maid like dirt, Verity was always kind to her, asking questions about the elven world, wanting to know more about a world totally foreign to her. For a time, Verity dreamed of growing up to become an elf with magical powers and living in the woods. This small fantasy has since disappeared, but the love love of non-humans has not.
Adolescence: Once she got old enough, Verity ended her school education and, along with her parents, set out to roam their kingdom and bring libraries to villages. There, they would teach orphans and the like to read and write, especially to the children of poorer families. Through this experience, Verity found that she enjoys teaching and helping others. She loved it so much, she even went as far as taking solo missions to the dwellings of elves, dwarves, gnomes, etc, mostly to see what sort of educational system they had. This was also the times when she would go off and start recording her encounters with the races and the animals of the land. Her dream of writing a book would soon come to light.
Adulthood: After finally gathering up enough supplies and money, Verity set off to the kingdom of Alagain, intent on opening up a public library and small school.
(At this point Kel couldn't figure out what to write, but promises to add on later)

Relationships
Friendship: Verity is easy to befriend, so long as you don't mind her curiosity and constant questions about culture (should that person be a non-human). If she finds a fellow book lover, she won't hesitate to strike up a conversation revolved around the subject. For a librarian, she adores talking, and will not hesitate to start writing down key points in the conversation, hoping to add them to her book. This may disturb others a bit at first, but once they get to know her, they'll quickly learn all her small habits.
Romance: Verity's a bit of a hopeless romantic. She doesn't go for "love at first sight", but if she finds a man interesting enough, she may pursue him a bit, wanting to learn everything about him without coming off as creepy or stalkerish. Curiosity just gets the better of her sometimes! Verity must know everything! EVERYTHING!
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Marital Status: Single, forever looking
