Welcome to Tales of Alagain! We are a literate original Medieval fantasy RPG. what's happening on toa?
April 20th Tales of Alagain is currently having its first ever site wide festival. Please feel free to take part in the festivities. The sign up list for the King's Tourney are located here, and the actual contest will begin in may. Good luck and have fun!

February 14th There have been changes to the farming guide. To those of you who have farms or are planning on having a farm, we strongly suggest that you take a second look at the farming guide.

February 13th There is a new guide that all members should read. Please check out The Slavery Guide as soon as you can. Thank you.
what's happening in alagain?
Spring, Y V: The Kingdom of Goldbridge's 250th Anniversary Celebration has begun. Travelers and residents alike are welcome to partake in the festivities here.

Mid Winter, Y IV: The Kingdom of Goldbridge has begun preparations for the big celebration of the Kingdom's 250th Anniversary to take place this upcoming Spring. Vendors and performers of all kinds are moving into the city for the season as the weeks to the festival dwindle.

Mid Autumn, Y IV: The roads to Matahari Sepanjang Desert, Aketa Tochi Bay, and to outside of Alagain have been reported to be clear so far of bandits or of any danger. Travel and trade along these routes are said to be good with relative few obstacles.

So chatango and MSN stopped working for me. I can't get either of them working again.

I haven't slept because I spent all night uninstalling and reinstalling everything and it didn't help. I went through all of Windows' and Adobe's help articles and jumped through a million hoops forwards and backwards and none of it helped. I still can't sign into MSN and chatango still freezes and crashes on me as soon as I load the page. It's been happening since I updated Flash today. Fuck you, Adobe.

On top of this, there's a bunch of RP drama going on and a bunch of RL drama that may or may not end up with me in the hospital and someone else in jail and I just really did not need this shit on top of everything else right when I thought I was going to get back into RPing again, because now I can't even let anyone know I'm available and want to RP.

I'm seriously about to cry. I just can't take anymore. I fucking can't.

Oh and Tumblr won't work for me, either. Fan-fucking-tastic.

Okay here's an update so I don't clog the board with complainy threads:

The living situation I was in proved to be too dangerous and I went home and told my parents what's happening. My mom of course made everything more dramatic and stressful, but my dad was surprisingly chill about it and told me not to worry and that everyone makes mistakes while growing up and that things will work out in time.

He doesn't want me going back there and I don't want to go back there so I'm with my parents right now and giving my landlady my 60 days' notice. Then I'll be looking for a new place of my own. I have a friend who may move up there to work and go to school and if she does, I'll move in with her. We've been friends since I was ten years old so I feel better living with her than a stranger or someone I've only known for a couple years.

So I'm still pretty stressed about finding somewhere new to live this late in the year and breaking my lease and there's money issues right now because apparently, my student loan got lost and I owe the school a lot of money and they won't let me register for courses until it's paid so I have to get that sorted out and ugh...

If I'm not online, it's because my life is really stressful right now and I'm dealing with stuff, but I will try to be online as much as I can.
