Hair: Jade has shoulder-length, jet black hair. It is very coarse and thick and when she doesn't smooth it down, it has a habit of sticking up at very odd angles. When it rains, it becomes a frizzy afro, but Jade doesn't mind. She doesn't even own a mirror so she has no idea what she looks like. She's too busy frolicking around and playing to care about such silly things as her appearance. She does enjoy being told that she's pretty, though, even if she can't see for herself.

Eyes: Jade has big, warm chocolate brown eyes. They are wide and deeply expressive and never focused on only one thing. They're always darting about, trying to take in absolutely everything around her. She's a very young nymph fresh out of her stone so she wants to see and experience everything there is to see and experience. Her eyes seem to sparkle when she's really happy and while they don't change in shade or colour with her mood, they go dull when she's sad. They narrow to nearly slits when she's angry.

Body Jade is of short stature standing at 4'9" and weighing 100 pounds. While not exactly chubby or overweight, she's very volumptious and curvy with full breasts and wide hips. She very much has the womanly figure that was highly sought after and prized during the Renaissance. She doesn't wear any clothing whatsoever, being a nymph that was born in nature and resides within it. Her skin is a warm spice brown colour and boasts a very smooth, soft complexion.

Face: Jade has a warmth about her face and expression that makes others feel secure, comforted and welcomed in her presence. She's almost always smiling or laughing (but can become quite scary when she's angered). Jade has full, pouty lips and a small, but broad nose with a soft definition. She has an oval face shape and a soft, baby-like jaw structure that gives her a "baby face." She possesses thick, but nicely angled eyebrows that sit high up above her eyes and has slightly pointed ears, typical of nymphs.

Personality: Jade is a very young earth nymph, only recently having reached adulthood and breaking out of the stone that nurtured her for the first three years of her life. It is because of this that Jade is curious about absolutely everything and has a desire to see and experience absolutely everything there is to see and experience. She's like a wide-eyed curious little toddler, always asking people questions about how the world around her works. Sometimes, she asks so many questions about every single little thing that it can become tiresome for some people to keep answering her. Nevertheless, Jade's curiosity is virtually endless and insatiable. Even with things that scare her, she harbours a certain amount of curiosity towards them as well.

Jade is very energetic and always wants to play. In fact, she's so busy running around and playing that she often exhausts herself without even realising it and ends up dropping like the stone she came out of and sleeping wherever she winds up when she drops. She moves easily and gracefully in rocky landscapes and can burrow through the ground like a mole and even use the air pockets under the ground to breathe under the ground. She needs much less air than a human does to survive. In other kinds of environments like water, she's very clumsy and awkward in her movements. Being of the Earth, she's not very flexible or bendy and try as she might, she always falls all over herself when she tries to dance or do any kind of acrobatic activity.

While she loves to learn about the world around her, she detests being confined or restricted in any way. She will actively reject any kind of rules or social expectations placed on her. Jade will do whatever Jade wants, whenever Jade wants and anyone who tells her otherwise is no fun to play with and Jade won't stick around him or her for long. A world full of rules and obligations is not a world Jade wants to be a part of. She's kind to people and fun-loving because she wants to be, not because she feels she has to be. She doesn't get why anybody should have to do things they don't want to do. She also has a hard time understanding the concept of possessions and ownership and money. To her, everything belongs to everyone equally and everyone should share it and take care of it so that others can enjoy it, too.

history

Childhood: Jade was conceived by the mysterious power of nature inside a large slab of jade stone in the city of Kovaros. She grew inside the stone safe and sound, protected and nurtured by the rock she was encased in. It was dark and cold and quiet, but comforting and peaceful for Jade to grow up in, since that was the first sense of safety she ever experienced.

Adolescence: Jade continued to grow and develop her consciousness inside the rock and no one in or around the city of Kovaros had any idea that there was a person developing inside the rock until she reached maturity at three years of age and broke out of the stone, startling everyone who happened to be around at the time, including herself.

Adulthood: The first thing Jade saw when she broke out of the stone that encased her was many large stone giants crowding around her and looming over her. While the maourokks were simply curious about such a strange phenomenon happening right in the middle of their city and meant her no harm, Jade became frightened and ran away from the city, where she ran into a fire nymph named Ember. Ember was off on an adventure to see the world and Jade wasn't really sure what an adventure was, but Ember was nice to her and an adventure sounded fun, so Jade tagged along with her new fire nymph friend, on their way to... well, anywhere and everywhere! It's an adventure!
