I don't know if it's just me but Days has changed ALOT since JER took over, and I miss some of the old stuff.
Personally I miss the old John and Marlena, back in the day nothing came between them.
I also miss Bo & Hope without Billie in it.
I also miss Shawn and Belle without Phillip and Mimi being involved with them.
If I was writing Days this is what I would do:
Write Billie and Phillip off the show
Erase the ENTIRE Salem Stalker s/l
and let John and Marlena, Jen and Jack and Bo and Hope be happy :D

I miss good storytelling. JER wouldn't know a good story if it hit him in the face. I don't need my favourite couples to be happy all the time because that would just be boring, but I would like more than a week of happiness for them. JER keeps going back to the same stories. Jack has "died" twice and now he is dying again, that's stupid. Marlena has yet another weird secret from the past, and bo and hope are still fighting off the Dimera's.

As for the younger people on the show. Like you I want Phillip gone. I have always hated the character of Phillip. I used to be such a huge Shelle fan, but I just can't get into them with the new Belle. KS will always be Belle to me, it's just not the same withot her.

I like Sami and Lucas a lot but I can't really get excited that their back together because I know it won't last. Soon enough the whole Stan thing will come out and it will be over.

I don't like the whole Brady/Chloe/Nicole thing. I love Brady and I love Nicole but I don't like them together at all. I used to really like Brady and Chloe but I haven't since she left the first time, the writing for them hasn't been the same since.

Anyways to sum up this long post, I'm really not happy with the show right now.

KS and JC were Shelle to me, I don't buy this new actress at all. She doesn't have the same chemistry with JC that KS had.
Also I liked Philip when he was played by Jay Kenneth Johnson, why OH WHY they had to recast him and now ruin his character is beyond me.
I also really like Nicole and Brady- just not together, not even as friends. I will always love BROE but they don't have the same chemistry they had all those years ago when they were just hanging out as friends. There relationship was rushed so much, we never had a chance to see it blossom, it was like after there first kiss it was in bed together then seprating, then back together, then in bed together and now I'm hearing Marriage? Couldn't we see them go out on dates and just hang out?
As for the Sami/Lucas thing I just want to pretend the whole "stan" thing didn't happen lol I even liked Sami with Austin (I think I was the only one). But Sami and Lucas are just priceless together- or they were before JERk ruined them like he did Shelle, Broe, J&M, Bope, etc;

AND PLEASE LEAVE JACK AND JEN ALONE! LET THEM BE HAPPY FOR AN ENTIRE WEEK WITHOUT ONE OF THEM DYING OR GOING MISSING.

That is all I will rant about.....for now....lol

I miss the old Shelle. i like Martha but i loved shelle more before she came. I miss Rex and Mimi!!!! they were my favorite. i hate this Bo/Hope and Billie stuff. The storylines just aren't as good as they used to be. that is really dissappointing.

I miss Classic Shelle and Remi i dont want Philip gone i want Jay back as Philip, Kyle Branht sucks, i want Bricole together and i hate Billie. I really want Kirsten Storms back i like Martha but it should be Classic Shelle, Jason and Kirsten have most chemistry soo if Eric(Rex) or Kirsten(Belle) doesent come back i say go Shimi.

I miss Kirsten Storms as Belle and I want her back to Days and be with Shawn.I miss the original Phillip whom I like with Chloe.

I miss BROE, of course. :lol: But more importantly I miss good writing. I'm halfway glad Broe are safely off screen, so the writers can't butcher my beautiful memories of them.

I like the ol' school Days myself..I started watching it when I was like 6 yrs old...So I have watched it for like over 20 yrs..I really miss the old stuff..When I was watching Bo and Hope over the years it brought back so many happy memories of Days...I miss Patch and Kayla the most though :( :(

I really do not watch Days like I use too..Ever since that Stalker..Island..junk DOOL has been of my bad list <_<
