I'm re-opening the UwA.

Recruitment is not necessarily the first step. Brin Bringing the site up to spec might not be as well. I guess they'll go hand in hand.

This board hasn't shown much activity, but I'm limited in ways to get in touch with what I consider online family. I've watched and ran with you guys since the summer of 2000.
