Anarchy: Containment

HERE! I MADE IT!!!! 4 MINUTES LEFT!!! YEAH!!!


IT'S FIXED. IF YOU PLAYED ANY OLDER VERSIONS, FORGET ABOUT THEM, 'CAUSE I FIXED IT.

Plot introduction (cliche and unimaginative, I know, but it's supposed to be over the top, in a not-quite-satire way. )
A zombie parasite is spreading around the city at an alarming rate. In an effort to stop it, the government has sectioned off parts of the city to contain the parasite. Walls come up from the ground around the area you're in, and it isn't long until you find you're the only survivor contained. The only good thing is you've got yourself a supply of morphine to make it through the night, or disinfect you in the event of zombification. You're in for a hell of a night.

My comments
Originally, this was going to be the rewrite of a game I've been working on for 3 years called When it's Over. Then it was going to be a full fledged GTA-with zombies story driven RPG shooter. Eventually I rewrote WiO again, and had no need for this - until I realized a gore competition was going to end in, like, a few days! I couldn't pass this up, because the gore in this game was already pure epic awesomeness. Still, I only got this in four minutes before the deadline. It could really do with a little more polish. Or a lot.




Controls
Navigate through the customization and main menus with the arrow keys.
Ingame:
WASD - move
Q/E or mouse wheel - cycle through weapons
F - dual wield, when applicable
Z/X - cycle through projectiles when using the Tactical Silo
SHIFT - run
CTRL - hold while moving to climb on top pf the few climbable surfaces in the game
RIGHT CLICK - gets rid of hud, and zooms out if applicable
LEFT CLICK - fires currently equipped weapon
ENTER - finish customization

Walkthrough (it's monotonous, like the zombies)
You unzip the zip. You double click the application. You wait for it to load. You watch my MMORPGguy thing come up, and skip it with any key. You press the right arrow key to get into the difficulty selection. You choose a difficulty with up and down and press the right arrow key again, and find yourself in the customization room. Here you choose your four weapons (you only have four to choose from at the start anyway, noob. ) and customize your appearance, as well as test drive yourself. You press enter and are in your contained segment of the city. Walk through the sides of buildings where those yellow things are to enter them, and shoot zombies to get kills. If you get lots of kills, you can unlock new weapons like the chainsaw. When you want to try out your new weapons, press escape to return to the menu, and you know where to go from there.
