Board Owner Group: Admin Posts: 85 Member No.: 1 Joined: 10-November 11	♠ Before you start, review these rules, site plot, member groups/races, and familiarize yourself with the links in the sidebar. ♠ Register with First Middle Last names (if applicable), in PROPER CAPS. ♠ One character per account. ♥ We are M-rated ♥ Profanity is allowed when appropriate ... don't use it just because you can. ♥ Adult situations may arise, but we will NOT condone explicit material; suggestions and innuendos are allowed, then fade to black (doing this could get you banned since it may cause our site to be shut down). Please mark threads appropriately. ♣ Avatars can be no bigger than 175x250. ♣ Please keep signatures no wider than 500pix. ♣ No animations in the "in-character" boards; it slows the board and some people's browsers. ♦ Be respectful of the staff and all other members. If there is a problem, please contact one of the admins immediately. Don't let things get out of hand. ♦ No god-modding. It's not cool. ♦ Even though this is futuristic, with a mythical element, there is a strong sense of realism here as well. This really pertains to those races with heightened abilities. Also ... be patient for relationships to grow, most people aren't meeting up, having a date and then getting married the next week ... it takes time. ♦ Be mindful of the current months! ♠ No face claim reservations (sorry). ♠ Canon reservations: post them (here). These reservations will last three four days. By the end of the fourth day you should have an app posted or at least one started. Once you have something posted you have one week to finish the app or it will be moved to the graveyard. ♠ Canons continued: If you are re-opening a canon app from the graveyard and it is NOT yours, you are welcome to do with it as you please (start over or continue). ♠ If you do not post an application in the allotted time, and subsequently lose your canon reservation, you need to wait 5 days until you reapply for the same canon. ♥ You have one week to complete an application before it is moved to the graveyard ... if you want to re-open an app (as long as it's not a canon that got taken), PM an admi! ♥ We do not have a word count (as of yet), but remember we are a literate site. If someone gives you a nice 500 word post, don't be a muse-kill and reply with 200 words ... wait until you have some muse! ♥ Check spelling/grammar! No one's perfect but there's a difference between mistakes and just poor writing. (suggestion: use a word processor to double check yourself) ♥ While DOHTML is turned on, please be mindful of the size and legibility of your font ... if we do not feel it is legible, then an admin will ask you to change it ♥ *Post a date AND location in every thread you start!* It helps keep track of things, and to make sure that everything is running on a logical timeline.
