Communications
Cell phones look like this, and are completely capable of voice activation. No hands required, unless drawing a picture, in which case the screen is touch sensitive. Snail mail happens to be a very effective form of communication as well. Each kingdom has an electronic public board, which allows for instant advertising, or a random flier announcing a party.

The Governors' Royal Court
The Palace of the King, Queen, Ace and Jack is located here. There is a public space for people to convene outside the doors of the Palace.

Housing
Housing is tight, and most people live in high-rise apartments that reach up to fifty stories. There are a few, the rich, that can afford a low-rise space, but these types of buildings are rare. Parks and recreational areas are built outside every residential complex.

The King and Queen reside in the Palace, the Ace has his own mansion on the property as well as the Jack. The court is closed to commoners, but many convene outside the gates.

Housing
The high-rise buildings are mostly made of glass, and industrial looking. The walls are generally monotone, with chrome accents throughout most of the buildings. The extremely wealthy have mansions, but most live in penthouse-like complexes.

Performance Spaces
The most prized talents of the Queen are the fine arts, and she built some of the most beautiful performance spaces for music concerts, dance recitals, and plays. When the War happened, she preserved as many copies of classic musicals, and songs as she could. The facility is old and Gothic looking.

The Governors' Royal Court
The King and Queen live in the palace. The Ace and the Jack each have their own residences on the property. The gates are always open to the public, the openness promoting a pack-mentality.

Housing
Of all the cities, the Clubs live in a very suburban-like network of neighborhoods, that are essentially smaller packs. The houses tend to form in circles, with the leader's house in the center. But there is a substantial amount of trees -- more so than in any other part of the lands -- and open space.

Army Headquarters
Not only does the City of Clubs have its own personal army, but it is the site of Army Headquarters responsible for protecting the cities as well as the Wastelands. There is a separate position, appointed by the four monarchies, to command the regional army.

Training & Containment
The training grounds are run by the Clubs Army and are mostly a place for younger lycans to burn off steam, and learn to control their animal-like urges. Those lycans that are in their first few years of transformation are usually contained here during the full moon cycle in order to prevent a mass killing.

Royal Court
The Royal Palace is segmented into several parts, the main section being the domed rotunda where the four monarchies meet twice a year to discuss the state of affairs and pass laws. The King and Queen live in the North Tower that overlooks much of the land. The Jack and the Ace live in the East and West sectors, respectively.

Housing
The housing is very rural, with smaller houses, and large yards for physical activity and outdoor enjoyment. The people of Diamonds have a great appreciate for the natural balance in the world.

Training Grounds
Run by the Diamonds Army, the training facility is designed to hone the skills of the H.provectus. There are various obstacle courses, outdoor fields, and inside training facilities with a pool, target practice, etc.

Markets and shops
Most stores are modest, selling clothes, food, and equipment. There are few luxuries after the nuclear war, and those stores that have the ability to find and sell jewels or ancient artifacts do well.

Nightlife
The music has evolved into a symphony of synthesizers and computer voices. There is rarely a place with live music. These clubs range from multi-room VIP lounges to the dirtiest bars where anything goes.

Outposts
There are a total of eight outposts, or small houses, each within five miles of one of the four Wasteland towns. Outposts 1 and 2 are near the first city; 3 and 4 the second city, etc. These outposts are manned by humans that are trying to grow fresh food and rejuvenate the arid land.

Eden
Town #1. Outposts 1 & 2 are five miles away. Eden is the most populated of all the towns with a growing garden in its center that is heavily guarded by machine guns and barbed wire. The people of Eden hope that the crops will one day help replenish the world.

Coalwood
Town #2. Outposts 3 & 4 are five miles away. Coalwood is known for its mining of coal and iron ore. They are the main suppliers of these precious compounds to the cities. Despite the town having a small population, it is the largest in terms of area, tapping into as many coal veins and iron supplies as possible.

Constantine
Town #3. Outposts 5 & 6 are five miles away. Constantine is a small town that devotes itself mainly to meditation, peace, and fighting to maintain the balance of life. There is a large population of Asians, not necessarily worshiping a deity, but attempting to find solace in the new world. This town consists of many ethnicities, and most are trained in hand-to-hand combat, swordsmanship, etc.

Lakeside
Town #4. Outposts 7 & 8 are five miles away. Lakeside is the only town, besides the cities, that has a lake near it. The water contamination is virtually zero, but people who have lived this long are used to the germs. A purifier works non-stop to clean the drinking water. It is the second largest town, and has some vegetation around the lake. The town is the largest supplier of meat and livestock to the cities and neighboring towns.

Unknown Points
Far beyond the towns are factions of humans, vampires, lycans, and a few H.provectus building armies to take down the cities and towns. Most of these beings are more affected by the radiation than their civilized counterparts, causing physical deformities, as well as incredible strengths. Most living in these conditions do not live long as the radiation breaks down their body. There are no laws, no rules, races inter-mix, and vampires feed on humans. The factions are small, but strong.
