st. anselm's academy- home to some of the most fortunate teenagers residing in new york. the money they flaunt isn’t necessarily theirs and coming out of the right womb gets you places in the high school world. a private school which prides itself on ‘dignity and etiquette’, the brats here haven’t seen the hardships of human life and are accustomed to their posh lifestyle. it’s home to the majestic red and silver lions, the athletes here some of the finest young men and women churned out of america, the brains, well, even more so. the school relies heavily on donations and well, if you’ve got money, you’ve got a splendid life here. their mascot, not surprisingly, is a scarlet and silver lion called d’artagnan and you might see him prancing about here and there during games. their uniforms is a highlighting factor here because unlike lannister high, they are chic enough to have them. sure, they’re phony assholes. sure, some of them lack cognitive skills. but hey, at least they can afford it.

lannister high school- a public school comprising of more talent than money. it isn’t as extravagantly funded as st anselm’s but the students here are as promising and skilled as the aforementioned private school. home to the blue and gold eagles, the kids here aren’t as privileged but get through on the basis of merit only. the rivalry between the two schools doesn’t rely on money but rather on deeper aspects of schooling life. the kids are equally smart, very sharp young fellows which brings about lannister’s great distaste for their more…fortunate counterpart. bitterness engulfs the area, not appreciating the lack of funding they receive. the athletes too are just as adept but of course, everyone overlooks that. they’ve got sass though and consider the st Anselm’s to be phony but what they conveniently overlook is that they’re no better either. the cliques are ever present, creating turmoil within the high walls of the public school. their mascot’s called…well, bob but hey, at least it’s relatively easier to pronounce than…the three musketeers fellow. as for uniforms? please. Where’s the expression of individuality there? and the fact that they’re not as fancy contributes greatly too.
