Chimeratech Overdragon kill himself if i use Future Fusion to summon it?

yes, when chimeratech comes to the field future fusion is destroyed, and he dies. but the point of future fusion, to me is not to summon the dragon. but get the monsters in your deck to the grave so overload fusion/miracle fusion/dragons mirror can summon your monster.

That is true. However, this is one flaw with Future Fusion that actually works in your favor. If the monster leaves play without being destroyed via Interdimensional Matter Transporter or the like, then Future Fusion is meaningless. If you want I can give you the ruling if you want.

Lord_of_Kuriboh is correct. For Chimeratech what you are doing is trying to fill your graveyard with as many machine monsters from your deck as you want. Then you play overload fusion to remove some (or all) from the graveyard to summon Chimeratech. But don't forget to have a heavy storm or giant trunade available or all that work will be for naught.
