of course we have rules ! what were you thinking ? so to start things off, there are
some general rules that you will need to know. first things first, please register
with your character's first middle and last name all in caps. if you mess up, pm
an admin or a mod and we'll fix it for you. if the character that you are signing
up as has their name already taken, just add some kind of punctuation at the end
of your name, and if you are accepted, we'll fix it for you. secondly, do not ask
and or harass the admins about accepting your character, because that is not
cool. each one of them has to read over the application before it is accepted,
so i might take a while for all of them to come online and read over it. and if
you're in a canon battle, don't complain about not being accepted fast enough
because that will make me angry, and i'm pretty sure it will make the other admins
angry too. so just don't do it ?! and don't steal anything from this site, including
these rules, or else i will swim across the ocean and impregnate you with the
demon spawn, kthnx. and the codeword ? it's cheesecube.

so, don't apply for a canon that is already taken. that's not cool. and once that your
canon character has been accepted, don't bug an admin about adding them to the
canon list. if you are in a canon battle, you have until the date the first person's
reservation is until to finish the character, or else the other person automatically
gets that canon. and yes, that is totally fair. as far as face claims go, we're
not going to make you use the actors for the movie for your face claim, since
not a lot of the major characters (like the wolves) were in the first movie. as
far as play bys go for original and canon characters, disney and non-famous
face claims must be approved by the admins before you are allowed to
use them, because diseny and non famous people piss patch off. and no
scene kids unless they're approved by an admin. because this is a twlight
site, not some band or real life roleplay. and i don't care how many characters
you have, since i am a character whore myself, but for every two girls that
you make, i ask that you make at least one boy character. and of course,
i would really prefer if you only had one character per membergroup, but i
can't really control that. and since i had two wolfies on version one...i'm being
a huge hypocrite. but this is only so we have an even amount of every kind
of spieces. we are not accepting any original werewolves, because that really
pisses patch off. if you want to play an original wolf, find a different site or
play collin or brady. since they're barely mentioned in the sieres, it's almost
like playing an original character. we also are not accepting original olympic
coven vampires because they also piss me off. okay, now that that's over
with, if you don't finish your application within four days of posting it, it will
be denied and locked. pm an admin if you want it unlocked and moved back
into the pending section of the applcation forum. the same thing goes for apps
that are pending, you have four days to fix them or they will be denied. and
pm an admin if you would like to claim them.

since the beast & the harlot is a literate role playing site, you have to post at
least eight hundred words normally to be accepted, if not more. i understand
that eveyone has writer's block, but no less than seven hundred words please.
because that would make me really happy :3 when you post in a thread, i
beg you, please, please, please use size zero font for the actual post. it looks
a lot nicer, and i know that everyone likes to put pretty fonts and pictures at
the top of their posts...and that's fine. i just ask that the actualy post is in size
zero font. that would make me so happy, just like posting at least eight hundred
words would. and now onto signatures...i know this is going to sound a little
mean, but please, use good graphics only. i understand that not everyone has
good photoshops or even photoshops at all...and if you need something made
you can ask me, patch, to make you some. i'd be happy too. and so, like i
was saying, you need a signature and an avatar. avatar size limit is 150 by
250 pixels, because if they're any bigger than that they tend to look kind gross.

ahhh, ooc rules. aren't you glad that you're almost done ? i know this may seem
like a lot, but patch is a dictator (KIDDING) and she likes everything to go her
way. first things first, the cbox. do not start shit in the cbox, or i swear to god,
i will eat you. no lie. no advertising in the cobx either, no ifs, ands or buts about
it. that is a one way ticket to getting a warning. post in the advertising forum
i even have a nice little directory so that you know if you've posted or not. so
yeah. if you're having problems with someone pm and admin, and we'll take
care of it. don't try to deal with it yourself. and respect the admins. they worked
hard to make this site pretty, and you better not steal anything. and don't
mess with the application template either. kthnx. and ftw, i lied about the code
word. silly me. it's really blinded in chains.
