While you can post as a guest on all the boards, having a member name is fun and handy for everyone. But, with this priviledge comes certain responsibilities. Please follow these simple rules!

1. Usernames can contain all the characters found on a keyboard, including ALT characters. Be creative!
2. Once you have created an account, don't make another! If you want to change your username, send a PM to Cryptorchid or Moth with the old and new username, and it will be fixed.
3. Please keep your username, avatar, and signature clean and tasteful.
4. Signatures can be no bigger than 450 pixels wide by 250 pixels tall. For those of our customers with dial up, loading threads with six or seven different, large signatues can take a long time. Also, any signatures longer than 450 pixels wide disrupts the layout of the forum.
5. The chatbox is for chatting only. If you post a link to your site in the form of an advertisement, someone from Surreal will deliver you a warning. If it happens again, you will be banned from our chatbox.

Customer Rules:

1. This is a studio, not a slave camp, please do not rush or give a timeline as to how soon you need your picture. These artists take valuable time out of their day to make images for you, please respect that and thank them accordingly.
2. We will only be taking thirty orders at a time; this is a small studio that is just getting off its feet. With more personalizers we may up this number, check back at a later time. Please number your posts as follows; #1 #2 #3 and so on in the subject box.
3. There is only one order per session per person, and don’t forget I will check IP’s for those of you who think you are slick
4. You may include your own pictures in your order, but don’t expect the artist to use them just because they are there, it is ultimately up to the artist.
5. Orders made here must only be used for RPG characters. This means no banners, advertisements, Horseland pics, signatures, or websites.
6. Pictures ordered here must be an animal only, no humans please. This means the majority of orders will be either horses or wolves. Other animals will be left up to the artist’s transgression.
7. Try not to make orders too specific, give the artist direction, but still allow them their freedom to produce their own art.
8. Please pic your order up in a timely manner! These artists work hard on these pictures. If an image is not picked up in 1 week, it is eligible to be placed on the freebie board, revoking all rights that you had to it.
9. Please do not request a particular artist
10. Do not reserve a spot for yourself on the Orders Board.

Staff Rules:

1. Please remain active, an inactive studio is of no use to anyone and there are far too many as it is. If you are going to be away, please let me know, circumstances happen, I can understand this fully.
2. I don’t mind if you skip around in the orders, just as long as they are all completed (or most) before I open a new session
3. I have no preference as to how many studios you work for at once, that is completely up to you. Just don’t take on more then you can handle.
4. If you have take an order and find that after a week has gone by for one reason or another you cannot complete it, please post asking another artist to pick it up.
