And by the looks of the trailer and the title, 'Shadows of Lylat', it kind of gets me hoping this will be the game the really delves into the more human, dark, knitty-gritty kind of story that would work so perfectly with the Starfox franchise! Seriously, the original light-weight story line worked fine when we were all kids, but we've grown up now! So actually, its been 3 years since we've had a game... =( Sad panda. Part of me hopes that Nintendo will see this fangame, and realize there's still SF fans out there. It's not really new to me, honestly. But I like to start a discussion about it.

I've heard it's been for six years in development, and still going on. This actually is the reason why I'm not looking too much forward for this game, because it takes alot of time before it's finished (But hey, I'm not saying it's gonna be bad

) If the game is finished, then I wonder if my computer can handle it.

But anyway, this game is gonna be awesome. The graphics are really amazing, and the gameplay must be really fun. And a deep storyline. I don't know anything about the storyline yet, but I'm excited to hear more about it.

According to http://www.shadowsoflylat.net/index.php, there is no release date planned. And the game is taking place between Star Fox 64 (Lylatwars) and Star Fox Adventures, but they also have some content from Assault (For example, the arwings) but I don't think they have Krystal in the game.

That's not to long if you consider the time between Star Fox & Star Fox 64. (4 years) As well as between SF64 & SFAdventures. (5 years.) Hopefully this meens an official Star Fox game isn't to far off.
