Seth MacFArlan's new Trek spoof series The Orville is getting bad reviews so far, but the look of it is not bad.

Isn't it starting to look like more than a Trek spoof? Aside from the jokes, it's a lot like traditional Trek, although stories are based on ideas already explored many times in Trek, The Twilight Zone, and The Outer Limits.

Penny Johnson is a regular, and Jonathan Frakes is going to do so directing.
