Rumors still run rampant about the recent kidnapping of the long lost Andorran Princess, Rose de Castillo from a research institute in Anglia Massachusetts. Though her whereabouts were unknown until recently, the Princess was said to have been abducted by an ascendant tied to the Thelosian government, though nothing more than blurry photos and video exist of the actual abduction. In the wake of the incident, Andorran officials have refused to comment on the incident, saying only: "The Princess is now safe. Nothing else matters and we have no further comment." Andorran officials have also assured us that no charges will follow in the wake of the international scandal. Thelos has not yet released a statement about the recent disappearance of their ruler, believed to have occurred during an attempt to rescue Andorra's captured Princess.

Speculation runs wild as images of an alleged new military weapon captured in Moldavia by an amateur photographer circulate around the internet. The pictures show what appears to be a giant, spider-like machine being buried under rubble as an abandoned warehouse collapses around it. The provisional government of Trans-Dneister has denounced the photographs as an elaborate hoax.

In Russia, Mikhail Ignatiev of the National Party has won a landslide victory in the second-round presidential poll. International experts, who see Ignatiev as an extremely talented leader, welcome the outcome and hope he can bring much needed stability to the beleaguered country as its fifth president.

Monique made sure to settle herself in, stretched out comfortably on the couch, before swatting at DJ's feet. It was perfectly okay for her to stretch out on the couch, but it was bad manners for him to put his feet on the coffee table. The girl stifled another yawn before burying her face against his chest.

"I'm not burning a candle any kind of way. I'm not old. I can stay up late and be fine. It's my birthday. You can't boss......"

DJ's scolding had been muffled since she was half hiding her face. It was a sleepy rant and didn't get quite finished as the girl finally did drift off. Monique had had a strange night; from being with her friends to getting harassed by some jerk. The good and the bad had taken its' toll and now she was sleeping quite soundly.

DJ slowly took his feet off the table and smiled as the tiny, young girl scolded him. Monique was fiery, no one could deny that and he didn't want to ever really be on her bad side. She was fun to tease though.

He heard when her breathing shifted to the slow, low rhythm of sleep. He doesn't move immediately, just looking down at her sweet, innocent face. When she's sleeping, she looks even younger than she is and he feels a swell of protective emotion towards her.

Moving slowly and carefully, he shifts to get out from under her then lifts her gently off the couch. Carrying her to her bedroom, he lays her out on her bed. Before tucking her in, he pulls her shoes and socks off.

Before heading out of the room, he kisses her softly on the forehead.
