Rumors still run rampant about the recent kidnapping of the long lost Andorran Princess, Rose de Castillo from a research institute in Anglia Massachusetts. Though her whereabouts were unknown until recently, the Princess was said to have been abducted by an ascendant tied to the Thelosian government, though nothing more than blurry photos and video exist of the actual abduction. In the wake of the incident, Andorran officials have refused to comment on the incident, saying only: "The Princess is now safe. Nothing else matters and we have no further comment." Andorran officials have also assured us that no charges will follow in the wake of the international scandal. Thelos has not yet released a statement about the recent disappearance of their ruler, believed to have occurred during an attempt to rescue Andorra's captured Princess.

Speculation runs wild as images of an alleged new military weapon captured in Moldavia by an amateur photographer circulate around the internet. The pictures show what appears to be a giant, spider-like machine being buried under rubble as an abandoned warehouse collapses around it. The provisional government of Trans-Dneister has denounced the photographs as an elaborate hoax.

In Russia, Mikhail Ignatiev of the National Party has won a landslide victory in the second-round presidential poll. International experts, who see Ignatiev as an extremely talented leader, welcome the outcome and hope he can bring much needed stability to the beleaguered country as its fifth president.

I'd like to apologize for my recent absence. The start of a new semester is always stressful, but we also had a nasty accident here at home.
My boyfriend managed to nearly cut his finger in half while doing the dishes (men!), so I had to take care of everything, including him, after coming home from lectures and lab work these last weeks.

Well, they removed the stitches yesterday and the finger looks more or less alright, so everything should return to normal soon.

I'll try to post today or tomorrow, it shouldn't take me too long as I've been writing scraps between lectures all week. smile.gif

Well, he dropped a glass into the sink, tried to grab it, but was too late and only rammed the broken glass into his finger. Not a pretty sight and the mess he made when he pulled his hand back. The whole kitchen was spattered with blood.
Our flatmate got a nice surprise when she came home while we were in the hospital. rolleyes.gif

Oh, but I'm convinced this only means he needs more practise. tongue.gif
