And second can we have RP "Computer" characters, or characters that we control in a specific clan, since I wish to be the Battlemaster of the stars I was wondering if i'd have to wait for more people to come to this site to wage a war or if I could wage one with other little "Computer characters" under my control???

First, keep in mind that by attacking all minotuars, you'd be waging war against every clan except the Ji'Luna clan and the Aeryon clan, since other clans do have minotaur among their population. The Mura clan is mostly of minotaur population, but that doesn't mean it's just minotaur.

As for "computer characters', I assume you mean NPC. Non-player-character. Such as generic soldier #2. Those are allowed, but they're free game. Meaning they can die without permission asked (within reasons) and they can be controlled by everyone. But, no, you wouldn't have to wait until there were fifty members on the site to wage a war, since I don't really see that happening any time soon.

Thank you, I was going to ask a similar question. However, I have an idea I'm just going to throw out there. How about the size of a war party is determined on the number of PCs in the clan. That way larger clans are really larger.
