There are those who work hard and those who work really hard. Those of us who work in the office setting sometimes find ourselves sitting in one position for hours causing our backs to stiffin up and cramp. Now, what can we do to correct these in office aches and pain?
1. Stretch regularly while sitting. 2. Take afternoon walks around the outside of your parking lot or within it. 3. Light weight lifting in the morning to loosen your musles. 4. ADVIL 5. Massages. |
