Why do people think they have the right to complain about things at a store that the employee has no control over....I'm sorry we are low on stock, there is nothing I can do about it because we are a CHAIN! And why do they think that adding the line: I spend x amount of money every week here. Well honey, I hate to tell you, I and about 100 other people spend at least 3 x more than you, so you are not entitled to anything extra...no one is! And it sure as heck doesn't give them the right to be rude!
This chick really pissed me off today...thank goodness the manager isn't going to be phased by this lady. -------------------- April

So I went to work today and found out that the lady 1) never called and 2) after describing the situation and the lady to the manager, we figured out that this woman has complained or yell at almost every person in the store.
So I don't feel so bad. -------------------- April
