Hello :) I'm Meridian, Meri for short. I'm a 16 year old (super shy at first) J. Michael Tatum fangirl. I haven't met him yet, but I reeaaaallly want to, haha. There aren't many cons where I live and traveling to cons is a bit difficult when I'm still so young :/ But someday! Someday it will happen, and I will die of happiness... <3
As far as my favorite animes go, that's a long list, haha. I always have trouble choosing just one that I like more than the others. I like them all for different reasons, haha. I'll just list the ones J. Michael Tatum is in :)
-Hetalia
-Black Butler
-Spice and Wolf
-Baccano!
-D. Gray Man
-Ouran High School Host Club
So yeah.... That's it :)

Well, hello there! Welcome to the Shadow Followers~
Ah, Tatum is amazing isn't he? I hope that I can meet him one day too!
Anyways, we like to ask questions to get to know our members. Is that alright? Mine are: so, how did you discover the wonderful J. Michael Tatum? Also, you're a cellist?

Ah, questions are always okay! I don't mind them at all~
J. Michael Tatum is actually the first voice actor I really got to know, in a sense, haha. My cousin came to visit one summer and introduced me to some great animes on Netflix-- D. Gray Man and Black Butler. We would watch a few episodes of both every day. One day, we were watching the credits (becuase I insisted [I liked the song!]) of Black Butler and Max, my cousin, saw that Sebastian's VA was J. Michael Tatum. She started freaking out, asking me if it was the same person who did Komui on D. Gray Man. I had no clue. I didn't really know much about VAs at the time. So we watched the credits of D. Gray Man (yes, just the credits) and saw that yes, he was the same person. Max thought it was hilarious, because every time she heard Sebastian all she heard was Komui and vice versa. I couldn't hear any similarities at all. But then she showed me a million con videos and stuff on YouTube, and now I can pick his voice out of anything :D
And yes, I am a cellist! I've been playing for about seven years and I love it <3

Hey Meri, welcome to the Shadow Followers!
Glad you decided to join. I haven't met the Tatum yet either, so I can sympathize. But I think you'll find a good outlet for the fangirlness here. Everyone's really nice and welcoming, so make yourself at home.
Ninja wub,
Nix

Nix- Thanks! You're definitely right; everyone here is so nice, I already feel at home. I really appreciate the kindness, too. :D
Beyond Birthday- Haha thank you, too! It took me a while to get the hang of it, since I sort of lack in the patience department :)
