Hey, I'm Gale. I'm fourteen years old. I'm into art and design - I won't bore you by going into detail about exactly what I do, but if you want to chat a bit more in depth about it, I'd love to talk.

My mum died in December 2006 (whilst I was in year seven) and I found myself developing school phobia around February the same year.

I've been through all sorts of things in order to help my school phobia since then and I'm still not quite in school full time yet, but I hopefully will be when I start at a new school in September.

I only actually learned what my problem was called a few weeks ago, purely by chance whilst I was reading up on personality disorders on Wikipedia.

I decided to read up on school phobia again today and I stumbled across this website in the external links section of the school refusal page of Wikipedia.

I'm into web design and I know quite a bit about forums, if the webmasters would ever want my help spiffing this place up, I would be delighted to do all I can to assist. : )
