August Updates

Alright guys sorry this update was a long time coming. I was going to do a video with this but I opted not to since it's almost midnight and everyone in the house is sleeping so this is just going to be traditional as far as updates go and I have a few important things to go over with you.

First announcement:
Alright so you see the pole up above and you may be wondering what this is for. On another site we made a skype group which can be used a lot like the cbox or group call each other. So far it has worked well on our other site for when we are trying to shoot quick idea's at each other or send files from our computers like character apps in progress and all that fun jazz. So this is where the voting comes in, if you want a Sanctuary group on skype vote yay, if you don't vote nay. I know some people are concerned about giving away their skype names or inviting people they don't know onto their skype so it's something I want to see how you guys feel about it before I make the choice. Also if you feel like it please leave comments bellow I will be reading any comments and bring it up to the staff board.

Second Announcement:
So the Old Sanctuary is officially gone and the New Sanctuary has taken it's place. I want to make sure everyone is okay with Old City becoming a smaller 'world' than it was before and that everyone is adapting to the new arrangement's of the board and can still find everything alright. If you have had any problem with the changes on the site let me know via PM or leave a comment here and I'll try to fix it.

Third Announcement:
Video Announcements. I got really excited about it that I forgot to mention how it works. There will still be text bellow the video pinpointing all the important things I am mentioning in the video. That way for those of you who can't watch the video's you still know what is going on with the site. I will also still link anything else that needs to be read to the announcements.

Fourth Announcement:
OF THE MONTHS!!!!!
I am sure you have seen just under the chat box that we have a section for OTM's. Also we will feature our newest member on the site under spotlight so they can get the attention they need. Currently our newest member is Vinny whom everyone has been including into the group. Thank you very much for accepting Vin into our board. Lets continue to show our new members the same love and attention. NOW the really exciting stuff. Though it's a bit late for this month to have OTM I am getting a start for next month. There will be a number of categories to vote for so more member and characters have the chance to be featured. I shall go into the submission template now and just hush so you can get to the fun part.

NOMINATIONS

Please PM me the people you select for nominations. You can only pick one person per category. On the 22nd I will take the top three nominated characters and put them up for voting. End of August voting will announce the winners and put them up in the spotlight. This is how we will do spotlight voting unless we run into snags and need to fix it.

STAFF SEARCH!!!

That's right I am looking for one new mod for Sanctuary. Since the site is growing we need more staff members and this means I turn to you guys. If you would like to apply for the moderator position please fill out the application bellow and PM it to me. I will be making my choice on the 22nd so you have until then to get them into me. On the 23rd the new staff member will find out they got the job but it will not be officially announced until OTM is announced (September 1st).

When you PM me your staff app please make the title of the message read Staff Application.
