SMPAC Also known as Signature Makers & Photoshop Artists Collective, SMPAC originally served as the home of bulletin board (BBS) signature artists of the now‐defunct Philippine Ragnaboards. Found in the ‘Fanfare’ section of the said message board, the efforts of the community it established made a distinct impact on its members who participated in competitive and collaborative work, writing technique and conceptualization tutorials, constructive criticism, and resource gathering by sparking their interest in the arts, and digital image manipulation tools. The community was declared inactive in 2010.
