It’s the time of the year when the staff start to plan what’s going to be happening over the next six or so months and, this year, there are a number of things that we would like some input on;
1. STUDENT & JXM CLASSES : For some time it has been our intention to occasionally run these classes in IC threads but due to fluctuating membership it’s been hard to find a class group with enough active players to make such a thread viable. One idea that we’ve come up with is to decrease the number of classes open to characters, hopefully meaning the number of classes that we keep will always have enough active players for threads. Is this something that you guys would like to see in the future and are there any particular classes that you would like to keep?
2. STUDENT SQUADS : This is something that we’ve tried in the past and would at some point like to try again and would like to know if it is something that players would be interested in participating it. Also if you have any ideas we’d love to hear them.
3. UNAFFILIATED MUTANTS : As of yet we don’t have any solid ideas for this user-group, so if you have any ideas then let us know.
4. NEW USER-GROUP : We’re currently discussing adding a new user-group and while I can’t really give you any real details, I can tell you that they will be based outside of the school like the unaffiliated mutants. However before we finalise any ideas we ...read more |

| Profile Edits & Thread Histories |

You'll notice that the administration has stamped your profiles, and in those posts there are bits of information important to your character. You'll also see in a few other threads that they have a list of In Character threads that the character has been involved in. Lastly, there are no edits allowed in profiles after they've been accepted.
To edit your accepted profile, you will need to contact a staff member via PM.
To add a thread history, you will need to reply to this thread with what you would like to be added in. Please be aware that YOU will need to code all of the thread history. If you just give us a list of a links, well, guess what - it will show up a a list of URLs in the thread. That doesn't really look nice, now does it?
Now, I'm not sure if that was clear at all, so if you have any questions, PLEASE reply here as well, and only here. Also, if there are posts by other members, be sure to read them and see if they've already asked the same question you need an answer to. A staff member will reply as soon as possible. |

| Another Dorm Room Change. |

Hello there! I'm just here to let you know of updates. X-Men and all Student dorms have been updated according to the recent member deletion from the last roll cal.
Additionally, students and Junior X-Men now have their own rooms! We've switched it up a bit - now all the students need to share is the bathroom. A separate forum has been created in each wing for any naughty thread idea you have. Like David. =] If you have a current thread in the student dorms that obviously goes by the old layout then continue to do so for that thread, though any future threads should be changed accordingly.
X-Men room layouts have been modified slightly as well, but the set-up remains generally the same.
SO! There's a new roster for students and Junior X-Men to look at, and you all need to do so and make sure you have a room! Male students need to be signed up here and female students here.
X-Men will still need a bit of double-checking here.
Thanks a lot! All threads should have been moved accordingly as well. |

| Addendum To The Rules. |

After reviewing the situation on the sexuality of our characters, it has been decided that the ban on homosexual and bi-sexual male characters is now lifted, however the situation will remain under review.
HOWEVER it has also been decided that all new canon characters, as of October 26th, must keep with the canon's sexuality, as per modern universe versions of the character.
Any and all objections to this new rule are to be addressed to the administration. Please also remember that admins reserve the right to deny members permission to obtain second and third characters based on their canon selection.
This decision will be reviewed on December 20th. |

Do you want to contribute to Revolution Academy? Here is how to do it!
Does the Alias Index lack your character's? Does it have deleted or otherwise obsolete characters and you wish to contribute? Please post under it! Every contribution counts towards making a comprehensive list!
Has your Neutral Mutant or X-Man or Junior X-Man character received his or her power classification yet? If not, please PM me or another Administrator the soonest possible, with the PM titled 'Mutant Classification' and including a link to your (approved) character profile!
It all is just a little time, but the assistance you give us is great! |
