Looks good. I'm thinking of doing one of those in Swiss colours. I'll wait until the kit reaches the Dominions though. biggrin.gif And I've also got the Zero and P40 to do as well first.

cheers

Very nicely done Andy! clap.gif

Thinking of getting one to use some Spanish Civil War markings on.

I have the Hase 1/48 kit with Condor decals but I think the scheme too plain for my tastes in that scale.
My SCW collection is all 1/72 as well so it would be consistent.

Would rather have fun hand painting some mottles in 1/48
A friend has the Airfix Club set so I am hoping to steal the Japanese markings while he does the captured RAF Emil! cool.gif

But thanks for the tip off. wink.gif

Very Nice Andy!

Looks like a nice kit, BTW there is no middle frame on the 109E canopy, its actually a seem where two glass pieces meet, not a painted metal frame.

The side panels were split/overlapping and the forward panel could be slid backwards:

This shows the difference between the E-3 and E-4 hoods, although E-3's were often retro-fitted with the later hood:
