Yukio was at a little cafe, enjoying a cup of black tea. He was sitting at a table just outside the cafe itself.

"Hm... They say black tea reduces cholesterol..."

The half brittanian took a sip of the hot, reddish liquid. Now, he wasn't there to have a nice cup of tea, though he was enjoying it. He was supposed to meet up with someone. Apparently, the half brittanian had acquired some information about the BRL. In a harbor nearby, there was a warehouse the BRL used to store their munitions. How he acquired this information was kept to himself.

"It would have been nice if they have given me a description..."

He takes another sip, and watches the cars drive by.

"A description of what?" A voice behind him asked tinted with curiosity. The owner of this voice was a tall young man in a forest-green trench coat. He had an eerie smile on his face, seemingly amused with what the man had said.

"You really shouldn't be so vague when talking out loud, it makes you look like you are hiding something. I find it funny that you said that, perhaps you did want want somebody to hear you."

In all honestly, Lumen had no real interest in this man; he was simply bored out of his mind and looking for a way to amuse himself. What made him choose this fellow to talk to in particularly was his peculiar resemblance to himself from behind. However, when he got a view of his face he noticed that their features were a significant deal different. For instance, he had yellow eyes whilst lumen had a hue of green and wore glasses.

"Actually, I know you are here to meet somebody; after all people don't just sit outside drinking tea, while saying things that make them look conspicuous." Lumen had no faith in wait he was telling the man, however he was far from diffident when it came to his abilities. He considered himself a fairly astute analyzer.

Yukio turned to the man, a little confused at why he decided to talk to him. His book hitting the side of the chair, he looks and gives the man a friendly smile, hiding his confused look.

"Why yes, I am meeting someone, stranger."

For some reason, something in the half brittanian's head was telling him that this was the man he was expecting. At the same time, it was telling him that the man could be with the BRL. His bangs began to cover his left eye as he turns back.

"Unless you have better things to do, you may join me for tea or which ever beverage you prefer."

(OOC: I keep forgetting to add Yukio's description!)

"Very well then, I shall accede your request." With that being said Lumen pulled out the chair on the opposite side of the table and sat into it. He then leaned forward, while clasping his hands together to rest his chin on. Lumen was surprised what he stated towards the man in front of him was actually correct. He flashed a smile filled with mirth for a a brief second before diving into thought. In a matter of seconds, about 17 possible ideas crossed through Lumen's mind, all of which where questions to be directed at the man in front of him. Depending on what he asked, the man's reactions would certainly vary. Lumen surmised that the best possible question to ask would not be something trivial to him such as his name but something that could put him in control of the situation while at the same time gaining an idea of whether this man was interesting or not.

"I'm rather curious as to what you meant by 'They' when I believe you said 'It would have been nice if they have given me a description.' Could you explain?"

Though, still not sure if this was the right person, Yukio answered as a lie.

"Well.... You see, when I mean by they, I was talking about my wife's clothes designers. You see, we're going to have a photo shooting in a week or so, and the designers are being quite... Persistent."

Yukio makes that defeated look. Not the best lie, but it was the first thing that came into his head.

"They said that it will be sent to my home sometime this week, but refused to tell me what it looks it."

Lumen eyed Yukio like a lion about to pounce on his prey, as he tried feign interest in the man's tale. Lumen came to a solid conclusion once he finished - the man was lying. A lie such as this may fool some people, but Lumen was more acute than most.

"Allow me to give you my take on the situation," Lumen paused to gain his composure then continued "I noticed you paused for a brief moment after saying 'well' as if you were ruminating over something. Another thing is that you said 'when I mean by they' instead of 'what I mean by they'. I would normally let this go as a simple mistake, however the mistake was at the beginning of your statement. This indicates to me that you were most likely still mapping out the story in your head and originally intended to say something else. Furthermore, it seems that you put emphasis on the word 'persistent' and I see no such reason for you do to that, besides the possibility of you thinking of me when you said that as I do appear rather persistent in my questioning of you. On that assumption, I find it weird that you would be thinking of me since I am not in the story you are telling me. Finally, it's rather odd that you would appear so sad over such a frivolous thing"

Lumen closed his eyes and curled his lips into a cheerful smile. "Don't worry, I'm just kidding around. I'm probably just paranoid."

"No no. You have most of it correct. I was just testing you. Its quite a fun thing to do, really."

Yukio let out a chuckle as he takes a sip of his tea. Though the man have revealed his little plot, the half brittanian had a back up plan. A typical trait for a ninja. He straightened his throat as he adjusts his collar. If this was the right man, he would know that this was the right man.

"So besides overhearing me talking to myself, what brings you here?"

Lumen smile faded into a look of seriousness. He knew the man was lying, but he didn't know it was an intentional test. Lumen was oblivious to it the whole time. This man had Lumen in check contrary to what he had early believed. No ordinary man-no, this man was far from ordinary, but none the less Lumen would not be beaten at his own game; this man was arrogant if he thought he could beat Lumen at his own game. Quickly, Lumen shifted his thinking to the offensive. If this man was lying to him, he must have had a reason for it other than just self-gratification.

Lumen eyed him with assiduity, looking for anything-a key word, a facial movement, a gesture. Yes, a gesture! Lumen jumped mentally when he caught notice of the man adjusting his collar. There was no reason for him to adjust a straightened collar; true it was common for a person to do this subconsciously when nervous, but this man clearly had his composure. Maybe he was just being presumptuous thinking this man was giving him a sign, but he was willing to take a chance on it.

What could this sign he was given be for? His mind flashed to what the man said earlier. He had stated that he was here to meet somebody. Lumen believed this much was true at the least as this was before the lie he gave Lumen was stating. This coupled with when he said "I wish they had given me a description" made him assume that he was here to meet somebody he had no familiarity with, most likely ordered by an organization or something. To add to the matter, he invited Lumen to sit down with him despite him saying he was meeting somebody and he even told him to get something to drink. When waiting for somebody at a cafe, you don't invite a person you are not waiting for to sit down with you, unless of course you are informing the person coming that you will have somebody with you. However, Lumen was the one that approached him, not the other way around, and if the two people meeting did indeed not know which each other looked like, the person coming would quickly assume that this man was not the person he was looking . The only conclusion that Lumen could reach was that he was testing to see if Lumen was in fact the person he was waiting for and that this was a sign of some sort.

"I came here to meet somebody, however I have no idea of what they look like." He lied. "Perhaps it is you?" he asked, before he copied the same gesture and reached his hand up towards his neck to adjust his shirt collar. If Lumen was wrong about his assumptions, he would just get up and walk away like nothing happened. This man would probably not follow him if he was here to meet somebody else. The only consequence would be that he would appear socially awkward, but Lumen couldn't care less about what other people thought of him.

Yukio smiled at the man, though he was expecting him to say the code word.

"Hm... Any reason why? I doubt you would no reason to meet someone such as myself. A strange white haired half Britannian with yellow eyes."

The half Brittanian takes a sip of his tea as a waitress walks to them.

"Can I get you two anything?"

"A refill would be nice, miss. Black tea."

"And you, sir?"

"I'd rather not say, it's a bit of a personal matter." Lumen replied. In truth, Lumen just didn't want to lie to him and have it end up in the other man's favor. Lumen took a gambit on his earlier actions, and it seemed as though it was about to bite him in the rear. Even though he had decided that he would leave if the situation ended up like this, he decided against it out of a slight stinging curiosity.

Lumen glanced to the waitress beside him after hearing his question. Although he wasn't too thirsty, he wanted to avoid seeming like a loiterer. Not knowing what exactly was on the menu of this place, he decided that he would have what his "friend" here was having.

"I suppose I'll have a black tea too."

"Right away."

The waitress nodded and left.

"Oh...? Fancy black tea? Not my personal favorite, but it is quite popular along with green tea."

Yukio, though he can be cunning, most the time, he doesn't know it, due to his very friendly nature.

"A personal matter you say? I understand."

(I really can't make much out of small talk like this, so this is all I can give you)

"I'm not an avid drinker of tea, in fact I only got this to go with the flow. I wouldn't know such esoteric things like the popularity of tea." This man was quickly starting to bore Lumen. Regardless of what information he had, Lumen wasn't interested at all in this small talk. If this man actually thought Lumen cared for what he had to say about tea, he was sadly mistaken.
