you might ask: what the hell is SCP - Relaxing Breach!?
well... it's a mod with most of the GFX and SFX changed to something a bit more... relaxing. Link to the mod |

I will refer you to read the F.A.Q on often asked questions as well as topic posts. Specifically I will refer to this quote.

I've tried the mod and I have to say, it's quite elaborate. A noticeable quantity of sounds and textures have been replaced and I think it's rather entertaining. This is way more than just some "Face paint on on 173's face." |

Still not a total conversion mod. Switching up sounds and textures is generally considered a mini mod, if a mod at all. Unless it adds new rooms, SCP's, items, gameplay elements, and/or other things, than it probably isn't worthy of it's own topic. |

Don't be dumb now, that's currently really hard, if not impossible to make. Let's consider complete texture and sound changes to be complete conversion mods. |

It's impossible you say? Wow, I guess all the mods for pretty much every popular PC game ever made were just dreams and hallucinations on my part. No, let's consider total conversion mods to be total conversion mods. |

There's differences, this game is made on Blitz3D, there's no way to decompile all the shit inside of the game, unlike minecraft. |

Dude...... Most people who have made mods needed to code so its no different from making a full conversion for FarCry or any other game because, sorry to land this on your plate but, all mods need a code and the ability to code. The only difference is the language of the code. And i know that Blitz3D is a old looking engine, but once you'v got the grasp of the language then you could do what you want. But in a way i get your point its hard to get someone who can do modeling, rendering and coding, but it's not impossible. |

(not quoting because it's getting too long)
Yeah, Masshorde is right. I've made mods myself in a variety of languages without any sort of modding tools, it's not hard and thus is why, like I said, nearly every PC game of any popularity ever has mods, not just Minecraft. |

(also not quoting)
I would have to agree with the haters on this topic. All mods are at this point it simple and sometimes annoying texture and sound packs. Regalis could give people the source code, that would help. |
