 Eletric room - Glitch?

When I got to the electric room, I ran out of time so I clicked save & quit, Upon loading the game today, My character appeared to fall through the floor into a pitch black area. Please look into this...I lost all my progress sad.gif

Did you try loading more than once? It may have been a rare one time issue.

This happened to me once I reloaded the save like 15 times but I still went into the floor.
