I made it to Maynard's Office, i really did it!

My money is on SCP-860. Maybe the door will shut itself on you and the only way out is to use 860 on the locked door. Then you have to run through the forest to avoid the monster that's in there, and get to the other door, which will let you out of Maynard's room.

Nah, that wouldn't explain why you need 860 at all. There'd just be no point in going in there once you've experience 860-1. You'd need 860 for a different locked door.

I figured it out if you want to cheat and figure out the code put the radio in 914 on very fine when you equip it there will be a series of beeps the number is the code to his office

Nope, tried the code Maynard first, then every other door, then I reloaded the game and tried maynard again, NOPE ACCESS DENIED

Remember that the code is different in every playthrough.

Guess who made a new game, found Maynard Office, then SCP 106 in the coffin room, got the burnt note, managed to escape from pocket dimension, got al the way back to Maynard Office WITHOUT DIEING, typed the code and got no less than.... ACCESS DENIED BITCH!

Irontaco how did you managed to get in, was it really using the code in the burnt note? In that point did you already had all best items (map thingy on very fine, radio on very fine and key card omni)?

I just had the Key card Omni and NAV-Ultimate, i went through all areas in the map, including 628's chamber and other stuff.

Man, getting to Maynard's office without dying or shitting bricks is hard.

When i was in the office section SCP-173 nearly killed me.

After about 20 minutes of frustration i turned god mode on, teleported to the pocket dimension, got the note, saved, got out of the pocket dimension, ran away from 173, found Maynard's office quite easily, entered the number and i was golden. it wasn't that hard really. just getting out of the damn pocket dimension is what pissed me off. All i had was my gas mask and the note. Maybe it's just a bit buggy.

I have the same problem with the burn note is like: HELL YEAH! i have the code and I escaped alive! now is time for go to maynard office... *insert the code : ACCESS DENIED what? *enter the code 100 times ACCESS DENIED, FUCK!, for me and a lot of people the note simply doesn't work, maybe is a bug, the only real way to find the code is putting the radio into 914 in fine mode

That will be probs fixed in the next update because it is annoying and makes it impossible to get in there without teleporting.

i don't know how to teleport into his room, but to get to the hallway that it's located in, you should type "teleport room2poffices"

Pretty sure it's "room2poffices" you just have to do it twice or something. It likes to a black screen.

What is the room name of his office? everytime I get the paper and radio and on my way back to his office door 106 comes out of nowhere and chases me so far back I lost track of where I was at and had to pretty much restart it all. Im eager to see whats in there, so many chances I got the oportunity but there was always a dilemma can someone give me the room name? I dont wanna waste time doing that all again and then just messing up. please and thanks. :)

The only thing that's in there is the note on the first page. The rooms are connected to "room2poffices" so you can't tele to the actual office. only the hallway connecting to the offices.

Official, this needs to be a screensaver if you take too long to click any buttons. Both horrific and hilarious.

I ran into the same problem with the note, though the code from the upgraded radio transceiver worked just fine. It seems like it works fine for some people, but I tried more than one playthrough and each time the burnt note was simply wrong.

On a related note, the "black screen" bug from exiting 106's pocket dimension seems to still be present. However, I found that if you hold your eyes closed when walking through the transition point in a hallway, if you chose correctly, your vision comes back just fine when you arrive back in the facility.

If you get that black screen bug from escaping the pocket dimension, just open the console (F3). Type in "status". It should show you what room you're in.
Then just type in "teleport (room name)". Worked for me.

Needless to say, I had a jolly old time looking at that sexy pic, until dickpunchguy materialized below my feet. Many dicks were punched. Both his and mine.
