I have seen this in scp-087-b and I am wondering how do you find it and what is the .ogg file saying
That file was only used in the first version of the game (which I only posted on a Finnish imageboard). It's just a stupid Finnish meme about a handicapped rapper called Kalle Havumäki - his face used to pop up in the last floor along with the 609.ogg sound clip. The .ogg file says "mulla on oma bändikin, Resisposse" which would be something like "I've even got a band of my own, called Resisposse".
the only problem is that it just isn't even there (when I get to the end I fall down a bottomless pit without ever seeing that kid)
Yeah, it seems to be absent in the english version. Or it was just only in the very first version.
