Forest of Death
Actually located outside the village, the Forest of Death is used in Konoha's second test during the Chuunin Exams. When no Exam is taking place, it is available for survival training by any shinobi. Preferably in groups because you might die.

Lone Monument
Alone in an open field is a single blue monument where the names of fallen shinobi have been engraved. Many more have been added since the samurai war.

Built under the monument to the Hokage's of Konoha is the Konoha Library. All manner of literature, maps, and books about Konoha as well as various other countries can be read here. Just be sure to get permission before entering.

Watch Tower
Built as a direct result of the samurai war, this tall tower stretches above the tallest trees around Konoha. Erected a few miles in front of the village, it is meant to be an early warning sign for criminal activity which has been on a dramatic rise since the end of the samurai war.
