Time to Patrol, Yay?

Lila and Sato leave their new ranger base, fully clothed and ready to go. Lila's still a little shy and stays close to Sato the whole time. Both rangers are looking for something to do...

Skyridge was quiet for the moment. You walk around and see people with their Pokemon. After awhile, you hear loud voices. There was twin boys with their Pokemon, Starly and Doduo. They seem to be agruing.
"Starly is cooler that Pokemon!" said one boy.
"No, Doduo is cooler!" said the other boy.
"At least Starly can fly," said the first boy, "Yours just stay on the ground!"
Then, the boys start to push each other. The Pokemon try to stop them but with no luck. Care to stop this?

[Batonnage]

"Um... um..." says Lila nervously, "You two, please stop fighting..."

Afraid that the boys wouldn't be able to hear her, Sato jumps in.

"Hey, you guys! What's this about? Both Starly and Doduo are equally cool. They both have their strenghts and weaknesses! What's the use arguing?"

The boys look up to who was talking to them.
"This is none of your business, rangers," said the twin of the Starly.
"Pokemon Rangers, cool!" said the twin of the Doduo, "I wish to be you guys....."
"In your dreams that is," snorted the other twin, "You can't even raise your Doduo right."
The twin starts to cry while Doduo tries to calm its trainer down.

[Batonnage]

"Hey, that wasn't nice!" said Lila. Sato was surprised at her sudden not-shyness, but he felt like he too had something to add.

"He and Doduo are friends," said Sato, "He can raise it however he wants!"

"And if you want to grow up to be a ranger, you can," said Lila, bending down to comfort the crying boy, "I wanted to be a ranger, but there aren't any in the Orre region where I'm from. But I didn't give up! No matter how many people told me otherwise, I wanted to be a ranger. And now I'm here, living my dream."

"Whatever," says the Starly twin. He and his Pokemon leave, possibly to train. The other twin stops crying after Lila's words.
"Th-ank you," he says, "My n-name is John, my twin's n-name is J-james. A-although we're ex-act opp-osites, we both like Bird Pokemon..........."
Doduo looks attentively at its trainer.

[Batonnage]

Lila smiled.
"Don't let him get you down," she said, "You have such a cute Pokemon, too."

"Mai, mai!" said Lila's minun.

"Your P-pokemon is cu-ute, too," John replied, "We better get going now. James probably is home now and telling Mom what happened.............See ya."

John and Doduo start to walk away.

Lila stood up.

"I wonder if... if he'll be okay..." she said.

"Don't worry about it," said Sato, "Come on, let's see what there is to do here."
