ok so. Gemma got kicked out of her old art school for cheating on her sats. it's because she has generalized anxiety disorder and she freeeeaked during the test. she got caught and her parents assumed she was crazy depressed or something and they sent her to st. jude's.
she definitely doesn't want to be at st. jude's, but she'll do her best to make the best of a shitty situation. she's fiercely intelligent and she loves to paint - it's her passion and she wants to pursue it after she gets out of st. jude's. once she has her mind set on doing something, she'll do whatever it takes to do it. she's not a mean person and she's not spiteful, but she works hard and she's determined. the littlest things can set her off and throw her into a panic attack. she doesn't like large groups of people - they make her uncomfortable - and she hates bugs.
she has a twin sister that she doesn't get along with. she's self-conscious about it, too. her twin always got more attention and her parents were much prouder of her. because of this, she's always seen herself as inferior and that mindset has stuck with her. when you first meet her, she'll probably be quiet. she's a bit scared of meeting new people. once she does have friends, though, she's loyal to them like none other.
friends: i can see pretty much anyone filling up this spot, so throw your ideas at me bbs. she definitely needs friends as she as absolutely none right now. she's a bit shy at first, but once she feels comfortable she'll start to open up.
lovers: she's bisexual, so boys or girls can fit here. she's still a virgin and she's never done the random hook up thing, but that could change with persuasion.
enemies: i don't see her singling people out for enemies, but if your character would be really annoyed with her, we can work something out!
OK SO. I'm not going to make this too long. basically, tessa's a pyromaniac. she's brutally honest and really smart. kind of like jane levy's character on suburgatory, she's witty and sort of sarcastic. she likes to prank people, especially teachers, and she comes from a bigger family. she's a middle child. her parents are still together and stuff, but they're a bit scared of her. she can be impulsive and she has a nasty temper, but she's also loyal and witty. if you need to know anything else, you can le ask.
friends; i could see basically anyone fitting here, so shoot me your ideas! enemies: oooh, she'd definitely have a few. she can be insulting, but she sees it as being honest. she's also kind of rude when she wants to be. lovers: she could def. be in a relationship. she doesn't really sleep around, but she doesn't necessarily believe in the whole concept of eternal and true love, either. she's sort of confused about the entire concept. lemme know!
HERE is his app. You'll get a lot more info from that, if you wish it. He's a 27 year old citizen who moved here to be closer to a girl. basically, she's his brother's girl, but they had an affair. he really cares about her, but she doesn't know that. and she had a baby, but he doesn't know that yet. or that he's the father. uh oh! he's a fun-loving guy - he loves to drink and eat. he's an architect, but he mostly does some consulting here or there over the phone or by email so he can live here. he also has a younger sister. his parents and his grandparents are really cool and they're really close.
he's always been a bit of a troublemaker, getting suspended more times than he can count back when he was in high school and even getting arrested a couple of times. he's always been sort of envious of his brother, who's in the air force and always seems to be perfect, but he doesn't let that stop him. he likes to have fun.
friends: I could see anyone fitting here. he likes to have fun and he likes to relax every now and again, so he wouldn't want people that were too hyper alllll the time. i'm sure we could probably make anything work.
lovers: complication ensues here, but we could probably have some flings or some hook-ups!
enemies: this could probably be people that found out about him with his brother's girl who don't approve, but that'd be a long and drawn out plot. anyone he butts heads with, too. lemme know~
FRIENDS DEFINITELY! in some capacity. they are both artistic, stubborn, and a little strange. of course, iris is always changing what art medium she's really into but she enjoys it and probably pursue it more in college. she's more confident and loud. she talks a lot but is bubbly and friendly and sweet too. they are both bisexual too apparently. unlike your lovely gemma, iris is a bit promiscuous but she's discriminatory in bed partners and she's actually loyal in relationships. she does love sex though. so they have some similarities but plenty of difference too which i think would be fun. she'd love to like open gemma some maybe in some way. and gemma is all quiet and adorable and seems interesting, so iris would have to talk to her! just her thing. xD

i like it a lot! i can definitely see gemma being shy and a bit scared to go out and do things with iris, but iris pushes her to try new things and to get out there. they could bond over their art and their similarities and stuff, so they'd make really good, strange friends. i dig it! i could definitely see iris saying something that makes gemma blush and get uncomfortable until she just learns to deal with it. =p
First off, listen to how good their names sound together. It's PBandJ, it just fits. To her face, Jim would tell Gemma he likes her because the two of them are compatible. And, on the surface, that's true. She's an intelligent, determined, loyal, and creative person. Damn stubborn too. They are essentially mirror images of each other. However, the major reason he likes her is, she seems "normal". She has her panic attacks, which are serious and terrible, but other than that, she's a regular student.

fiercely intelligent = can she just help teddy with his lessons? xD omg since they're both super shy and teddy's pretty awkward, the long silence they both immerse themselves in during the first meeting would be hilarious. teddy, at times, would find people like gemma being perfectly harmless so he wouldn't freak out at all, but soon she'd probably realize just how jumpy he is about a lot of things, and perhaps we can work on that? hmmm when she paints i think he's going to be so fascinated and would want to just sit and watch her, haha. will she forget to eat while painting? because if she does he can bring her yummy food :3

Yes, yes! She can be his tutor and they can become awkward friends and maybe flirt and stuff. They can help each other branch out and become more courageous about talking to people and stuff. and, yes, I love the idea about yummy food. :3

Maxxie and Gemma:
Maxxie and Gemma are both twins who don't get on with their siblings. Maxxie is a nympho who pretended to be his brother to sleep with his gf. He deeply regrets his decision but his brother beat him to a pulp so he feels he's paid for what he did. Maxxie would think Gemma is cute as hell and even though this is what would draw him to her it may not be why he stays. I see them bonding over their twins problems. Maxxie may or may not develop a little crush on her. With his problems he's never hung around long enough to develop feelings but he'd find her so cute and awkward that he'd be attracted to her beyond sex. Let me know what you think?

i like it, i like it, i like it a lot! i like that they'd be bonding over their twins and their distaste for them and he can bring her out of her shell a bit. she's probably always going to be at least a tad awkward, but if he finds that cute? awesome. i love your idea and i'm ready to start threading whenever you are. :)
