Most of the Rules for Runescape Discussions are the same as the General Planet4umz Rules so I am not going to post them again, here is the MAIN Rule for Runescape Discussions:

NO SCAMMING!

From now on, every single person who attempts to Scam on these Forums will have their IP (The Computer Network Address) traced to their ISP (Internet Service Provider).

If you post a Link to a Virus/Keylogger- That is illegal, we will Trace your IP and Contact your ISP which may take matters to local Authorites/Call up your Parents.

SCAM- Posting Links to Viruses/Trojans/Keyloggers and Posting links to other Websites that ask you for your Username and Password.

Furthermore, every Scammer will have their IP PUBLICALLY posted along with their ISP details. We have had enough, if you want to scam then you will have to take full responsibility for that. I am very serious about this, I have done this before and I had a very funny chat with that Member's dad (For them it wasn't so funny I bet).

I hereby encourage all the Moderator's to Trace Scammer's IP and publically post it, Later on.
