Public Rise Downtime: Forever

Reason For Downtime: Public Rise had an amazing jump start and was sent high in popularity. Sadly, what goes up must come back down. Scott took a large break from foruming and Syncratic proved to be completely useless as an administrator. For this, Public Rise is now offline- forever. It may reopen in the distant future, but not until I recieve some actual help, for I can not run the forum by myself.
