The Maryland Task Force for Missing and Unidentified Adults and Children will be hosting its second annual Public Awareness for Missing and Unidentified in Ocean City ,Md on July 25,2009. We will be at 501 South Atlantic St.We will be set up across from the Police Substation and the inlet parking.We will be at this location from 8am until 11pm.We will be displaying posters and flyers of Missing and Unidentified persons.We will have Literature and DNA Packets,etc... to help educate the public. Last year we had an awesome reaction from the public and the boardwalk was really crowded.This year our event is in the bussiest month in Ocean City so we are confident that we are going to get EXTREME exposure for the Missing and Unidentified. We are so excited to have Carla Proudfoot from Maryland State Police Missing Children Center and Kat from Maryland Missing Person Network and Marian From Porchlight for the Missing joining us in our efforts this year. Carla will be displaying and explaining information about NAMUS The Ocean City Chief of Police Bernadette DiPino and The Ocean City Police department treated us so wonderfully last year we are looking forward to another great year in Ocean City,Md..Thank you everyone in advance for your efforts in making this a successful event!
