Pierced ears. * Clothing: Blue belt; 1 white earring. * Dentals: Available; has bridge. Case History The victim was found in the water where Elk River and Chesapeake Bay meet, at Turkey Point Elk Neck State Park in Cecil County, Maryland on March 19, 1986.
