2008 Abbotsford Police Challenge Run Click here to download the 2008 registration form: http://abbypd.ca/files/File/police_run/Pol...08_reg_form.pdf Click here to download a map of the race/walk route: http://abbypd.ca/files/File/police_run/racemap.pdf This year’s event will take place on Saturday, September 20th, 2008 We are looking forward to another huge success. The organizing committee wishes to thank all participants, sponsors and volunteers for their contributions in making this event fun for everyone. The Abbotsford Police Challenge Run was started 17 years ago to raise funds for BC Special Olympics. Since its inception, the number of participants and sponsors has increased to the point where the Abbotsford Police Challenge has become the premier event of its kind in the Fraser Valley. The Abbotsford Police Challenge is committed to being a family oriented event and for those who don’t run there is a 5 kilometer fun run/walk route so no one is excluded from participating. If your company wishes to become a sponsor of this annual fundraiser for the Special Olympics, the ALS Society of BC, and the United Way, please contact Cst. Casey Vinet by phone at (604) 864-4721 or by e-mailing the public information officer.
