HE WAS STAYING AT THE BACKPACKERS HOSTEL ON MAIN ST. HE WAS LAST SEEN ON DEC2, 2002. THE MANAGER OF THE HOSTEL REPORTED HIM MISSING. Description: W/M, 5`6, 161 LBS, BLUE EYES, SHORT BLONDE HAIR. Incident Number: 02-279308 The Vancouver Police Missing Persons Unit investigates all received reports in a responsive, respectful and exhaustive manner. Investigations are vigorously pursued until such time that the person has either been located or the matter has been deemed resolved.
