Winnipeg police say a teenage girl, who’s considered a a high-risk missing person at risk of being exploited and victimized, has disappeared.

Kaitlyn Schwolman, 18, was last seen Oct. 21, police said.

Police said she may be in need of medical attention but didn’t explain why.

Schwolman is Metis, 5-foot-7, 150 pounds, has medium-length brown hair and hazel eyes, police said.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call the missing persons unit at 986-6250.
