I'm wearing Nike Shox. Easily the best shoe for free-running, but thats in my opinion. Great for high jumps,the shox system stops a lot of the recoil, plus they're considerably light and you can order a pair you completely customise yourself!!

I have two different pairs of shoes, Asics Onitsuka Mexico 66's and Addidas Halfshells. I use the Addidas for breakdancing alot and don't like using them for PK because they're not too durable, the Ontisukas are a year and a half old and I have worn the grip down to where it's smoother than shit and I can even see my toe marks on the soles.

I ordered a pair of Asics Legato's though, a great trainer which I hear is one of the best for parkour.

I have awsome shoes, i got them in the US. There Nike Air Haward's and there Green And Gold (because im an Aussie) There really comfy and great for running.
