you can flow with them but would you class them as parkour?

I think that flips dont have anything about PK UNLESS it is in the flow of movment

Indeed you are. Front Flips are almost always in the flow of movement. I don't know anyone who stops to do them....

flips arnt classed as parkour but they are FRPK (freestyle parkour)

i still think they could be classed as parkour if you make it look good and flow into it, i don't mean run up to a wall, stop then flip. More kind of instead of jumping of a ledge you could flip off it then roll.
just make it look good and flow into it, what do you guys think?
