No.

But you really made me laugh with the hardcore gaming computer part

And fyi, this only clears out unused RAM and shuts down unused proccesses, so if you don't run anything in the background while gaming this barely makes a difference.
It can help though, if you have a 'Hardcore gaming computer' like DI...

I got a shit load of programs running on the background

All possible with 4GB RAM!

Eh..it also defrags your game? There are hundreds of programs that do that, so I'm not sure if I'll use and if anyone will ever use it.
