Well the current host PDv4 is on makes it almost impossible to skin. The loading times are really long. So I guess we need to find a new host first.
And an extra skinner would be nice, there is much work to do.
You don't need IPB experience, would be nice tho, but we can do it without I guess.

Something's wrong with some files. We're this (\|----\|) close to being able to release v4, but the last part is pretty hard..
