::A new era began with the end of AIVAS, beginning a count up in Turns from that date. Thus, all current dates are counted from P.A (Post AIVAS).

Turn 0 : AIVAS decommissions itself.
Turn 1-400 : Pernese population expands its knowledge at an amazing rate. Begins work on genetic engineering as dragon and wher populations decline.
Turn 404 : First Coppers appear in a Dragon Clutch after genetic tampering, soon followed by other ranks.
Turn 405 : First Tanzanite appears in a Wher Clutch after genetic tampering, soon followed by other ranks.
Turn 410 : First Doglizards begin appearing.
Turn 420 : Fighting begins between minor holds.
Turn 423 : First major Hold vs Hold fight begins.
Turn 424 : Yirra of Gold Byath suggests to her small weyr that they begin consolidating their power. Begins to draw inward, and creates the beginning of the Flight.
Turn 430 : Much of Pern's population is embroiled in conflict. Yirra and Gold Byath take on the term High Queen, and begin offering protection services.
Turn 432 : First whispers of going back to the old ways begin, but no definite results.
Turn 432 : First mass destruction of a Hold by the Flight takes place.
Turn 440 : The Flight has swollen to massive proportions, and begins setting up new Court system.
Turn 441 : Yirra steps down, making way for new High Queen Zelka of Gold Mellsemath.
Turn 445 : Flight continues to grow in power, though a few dragonriders and wherhandlers break away, fleeing to the high reaches in the North.
Turn 446 : Yirra assassinated, replaced by Murqes of Gold Hehehath, wounded and dies not a sevenday later. Replaced by a pair, Messha of Rhodium Zexyth and Lyushala of Gold Esseth. Messha later steps down.
Turn 448 : Biqual Impresses Gold Namyrisayath.
Turn 450 : Small band in the North takes on a name for themselves, and nominates their first weyrwoman, Pequin of Rhodium Waquineth. Gold Namyrisayath Flies for the first time.
452 : The Guardians begin setting up a true Weyr. Messha steps down, being replaced by Urtun of Gold Kellecaketh.
Turn 465 : Lyushala assassinated. Biqual and Lyushala's daughter, Lyulahl of Rhodium Yelth, duel for High Queen position. Biqual wins, killing her opponent in the process.
Turn 468 : Kimen creates first bomb.
Turn 470 : Kimen begins to sell his bombs. Not a sevenday later, the first hold, Isshun, is completely destroyed. The Flight buys as many as possible before assassinating Kimen, and attempts to destroy all his knowledge, save for what they have themselves.
Turn 472 : Materials needed for the bombs begin to dissipate and become harder and harder to find, with most under Flight control. A tentative peace emerges, but promises to be easily broken.
Turn 479 : Present day.
