1. Have you ever been a mod/admin before? No, but I have to start somewhere, right?  2. Say someone has posted a sex scene in the general section, what would you do? Move the story to the right section and give them a warning. 3. If someone is flaming, how would you handle that situation? Warn them, and if they continue doing it, ban them (you guys can do that, right? Not exactly sure how this board completely works yet  ) 4. What would you do about trolling? (Basically, someone posting a very stupid thread in the wrong category, and purposely causing trouble) Close the thread and give the person a warning. 5. Will you have the time to read over posts daily, and check threads to make sure they are following rules? If so, will you be able to inforce said rules? I'm online almost every day, so I'll be sure to make time for you guys! And I have no problem enforcing rules. And I'd like to apply for the Writing Creations forum, but I'd gladly moderate whichever you choose for me. ~*~Megan~*~

2. Say someone has posted a sex scene in the general section, what would you do? I would edit it and put in a new font color "Edited by Mod, ShooneHaven, for explicit content." Then I would PM them and ask them if they are planning on keeping the scene and if so, I'll move it into the appropriate thread and let them edit the post to put the section back in
3. If someone is flaming, how would you handle that situation? I would warn them and keep an eye on their other posts to see if it continues. If it continues, I'll warn them again, keep an eye out, three strike and your out, I'd ban them
4. What would you do about trolling? (Basically, someone posting a very stupid thread in the wrong category, and purposely causing trouble) same for the flaming, warn them and keep an eye on them, if after 2 times they still continue, ban them
5. Will you have the time to read over posts daily, and check threads to make sure they are following rules? If so, will you be able to inforce said rules? yes and yes. I'm always on at least once a day for an hour.
6. Which category in particular are you applying for? (See list below for positions) NC-17 MOD and original NC Mod
7. If applying for NC-17 mod, how old are you? 18 years old

No, but I do work as a teacher's aide with hyperactive 5th graders very early on Saturday mornings, so I think I have some experience dealing with perople.
2. Say someone has posted a sex scene in the general section, what would you do?
That would depend. If the scene was graphic, it would be moved and a warning given. If it was not explicit and integral to the story, it might be able to stay.
3. If someone is flaming, how would you handle that situation?
A warning at first. Deletion or editing of offending posts if it continues. If it continues, bringing up banning the person form the site with the Admin.
4. What would you do about trolling? (Basically, someone posting a very stupid thread in the wrong category, and purposely causing trouble)
Delete, move, or edit offending posts with a warning. If it continues, bringing up banning the person form the site with the Admin.
5. Will you have the time to read over posts daily, and check threads to make sure they are following rules? If so, will you be able to inforce said rules?
Yes on both counts.

1. Have you ever been a mod/admin before?Yes. I have been a Mod on 4 boards, and I am an Admin on 5 boards of my own. 2. Say someone has posted a sex scene in the general section, what would you do?Move it to the NC-17 forum, and PM the writer politely telling them to be more careful and not to let it happen again. 3. If someone is flaming, how would you handle that situation?PM the flamer, politely explaining to them not to flame and if they continue, I will be forced to suspend them for a day or week, depending on how severe the flaming was. 4. What would you do about trolling? (Basically, someone posting a very stupid thread in the wrong category, and purposely causing trouble)If they purposely being annoying, I will be forced to ban. Nobody likes trolls. 5. Will you have the time to read over posts daily, and check threads to make sure they are following rules? If so, will you be able to inforce said rules?Yes. 6.
